Miles Bright
Miles has accumulated over 25 years of experience climbing, skiing, living and working in the mountains. He has climbed in India, Nepal, Pakistan, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Africa, USA, Canada and Europe.
His climbing feats from earlier years include the North face of the Eiger and the North face of the Matterhorn solo. More recently he completed the Haute Route Ski Tour in 24 hours.
He is frequently to be found climbing, mountaineering or skiing locally, in the Mont Blanc Massif and in neighbouring Italy and Switzerland.
Miles likes to pass on skills and techniques, and is the author of “Crevasse Rescue for Skiers and Snowboarders”.
Miles has been living and guiding in the Chamonix Valley since 1996.
