Owain Jones
Based in the North of England, I offer year round guiding in the UK, Europe and beyond. I have been climbing since the age of nine, spending my early years around the limestone cliffs of NW Lancashire and the mountain crags of the Lake District. I was lucky enough to be introduced to the world of mountaineering by my father who I think was probably just training me up as "rope boy" so that he could do the climbs he was too scared to lead!!! The experiences and skills gained over the ensuing years paved the way to gaining the mountain guide qualification and the fulfillment of a dream.
