Scottish Avalanche Information Service

British Guide Mark Diggins would like your feedback on the new improved SAIS avalanche bulletin

It has been a long and snowy winter for the Scottish Avalanche Information Service, with snow in the highlands from October to June. Under the leadership of British Mountain Guide, Mark Diggins, the service are carrying out a survey on the report they provide. This has been updated for the last season, and the SAIS would appreciate your feedback. Only taking a couple of minutes to fill in on-line the feedback will be greatly appreciated. As Mark says:

"Our aim is to continually develop the avalanche information service for all mountaineers, climbers walkers and skiers that enjoy the Scottish mountains and hills during the winter season. We have produced this survey in order to obtain your views and user information.

We aim to provide a service that gives the best possible mountain and snowpack information to mountain users, enabling them to enjoy the Scottish winter mountain environment with greater knowledge and awareness of the avalanche hazard. Your feedback is important in helping us achieve this."
