Ski Club of Great Britain re-brand
The new Ski Club logo
A new logo, a new look and a new website - but the same quality training from British Guides
The Ski Club of Great Britain, established in 1903, has been using British Mountain Guides to provide pre-season training for their reps and leaders for many years. From today, the Ski Club has a new logo, a new look, new colours and coming soon, a new website.
It currently has over 33,000 members and over a million annual unique visitors to their website, skiclub.co.uk. The Ski Club is a not-for-profit recreational snowsports club which encourages participation in snowsports, helps people get more from their time on the slopes, shares information within its community, leads people on snow and offers discounts.
"In another exciting development, we have also changed the name of our Ski Club reps to Ski Club Leaders. We feel that this change of name better reflects their role of leading skiers and snowboarders around the mountain, showing them the best the resort has to offer". But whilst the title may have changed, the Leaders will receive the same top-notch training from British Mountain Guides.
Following the rebrand, the Ski Club will be launching a new website before the start of the winter season, reflecting the new brand and bringing in new community-based features and information-sharing tools. The website will play a key role in ensuring the Ski Club stays as the leading provider of snowsports information and becomes the place for skiers and snowboarders to share their views, upload content and be inspired.
