Tremadog Festival this weekend

Tim Neill - back home on Tremadog rock

British Mountain Guide Tim Neill takes centre stage at the Tremadog festival this weekend (18/19th April)

This weekend, rock climbers from all over the country will flock to Tremadog for another great weekend of climbing - and the forecast looks great!

The 2009 Tremadog festival will be the third of it's kind - organised by BMC Cymru - and follows on from two successful and enjoyable events in the past. The weekend offers a great social gathering, with loads of great climbing - all in the name of continuing to keep the crag (and access to the routes) clean, tidy and well managed.

As if that wasn't enough there will be free beer available, free camping, and a busy programme for the Saturday night including a raffle, and some celebrity speakers to entertain you! British Mountain Guide Tim Neill will be delivering a world premiere of his exploits in Patagonia, and promises a multi-media extravaganza (well - slides, video and music at least)!
