British Mountain Guides make the most of early season snap in North Wales
Well it's been snowy in Scotland for a while now - but winter came down to North Wales this week. The hills have been plastered, the freezing level has been well down, and British Mountain Guides have been making the most of it.
Local Nant Peris based Guide, Tim Neill, was out on the frozen rocky buttress of Reade's route on Crib Goch, Snowdon, and found some exceptional early season sport. He was climbing with the inexhaustable Mark 'Baggy' Richards who is probably one of North Wakes keenest winter climbers.
