At present my availability for private guiding is limited as I am contracted as a consultant for a Canadian based oil company in Libya where we are carrying out seismic surveys in difficult terrain. I live slap bang in the centre of the Pyrenees on the French side. A large percentage of my free time I spend under the mountains, much of which involves exploration of the Felix Trombe - Henne Morte cave system (the largest in France), which is right under my doorstep. Though many forays include caves with entrances between 2500m and 3000m in the more remote parts of the Spanish Pyrenees. The winter months however see me back on the icefalls which happily for the large part of the Pyrenees do not see any other climbers from one week to the next unlike the honeypots of the Western Alps.
