Calum Muskett

About Calum

Calum is based between Bethesda in north Wales and Samoëns in the French Alps. He has a passion for all forms of climbing and mountaineering with early free ascents of El Capitan, challenging free ascents on the north faces of the Alps and numerous first ascents of rock, ice and mixed climbs in Patagonia, Jordan, Norway and the UK. Calum spends much of his winter on skis, competing in ski mountaineering races, and his latest challenge is to teach his little boy to ski! Besides his time guiding skiing and mountaineering, Calum works in health and recreation research, and as a mountain bike and sea kayak leader. Calum specialises in bespoke guiding services in Europe and further afield, having guided alpine north faces such as the Dru and Grandes Jorasses and led guided mountaineering expeditions to Nepal.
